Some people go to church to be spiritually refilled. Lately, I’ve been going in order to ponder why oh why I feel like I’m ten million light years away from these nice people sitting in the pews around me.

There are few venues for Mormons to publish their literary efforts–Dialogue and Sunstone only publish a handful of works each year and magazines like Wasatch Review and Irreantum have struggled against hurdles of funding and finding volunteers to staff their publications.
