Sunstone is calling for proposals for the Sunstone West symposium to be held at the San Francisco Airport Clarion Hotel on Saturday, 21 April. The symposium will be a one-day affair with two to three breakout sessions per time slot, along with a luncheon and a plenary session.

Proposal deadline is 28 February. For those interested, here is the official Call for Proposals flier. Short version: To propose a session, please send a session title, 75-word abstract, information about yourself and/or other speakers/panelists for the session you’re proposing. See the flyer for email or street address to send proposals to, along with other details.

After we receive all the proposals, Sunstone will send out a preliminary program flyer—most likely in mid-March. We hope many of you will want to participate as a presenter or attendee!
